Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners. Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please credit me @pluufi

All rights to the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me. You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission AND you have paid for the rights to do so. You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace, or into any A/I engine.

In addition, any art I create is my own. Unless exclusive rights are purchased I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.

Payment is via PayPal only. An invoice will be sent by me. A prerequisite deposit of at least 25% (NON-REFUNDABLE) is required. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish your request.

Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at most three (3) months max to complete the commission just in case something arises. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.

Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you files of the work. No physical product will be delivered.

By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
